Beginning in early 2000, J. F. Electric leveraged its utility construction expertise to expand into the rapidly growing telecommunications construction market. As demand for fiberoptic communications has grown, so has the demand for infrastructure construction. J. F. Electric has undertaken outside telecommunications projects large and small, including plowing and boring innerducts for customers in and around the Metro-East St. Louis area as well as in Missouri, Texas, Alabama, Mississippi, Florida and Wisconsin. J. F. Electric is currently pursuing projects throughout the United States.
