Accidents and injuries can be prevented. Our objective is to achieve zero accidents and injuries at each jobsite. To further this objective, management constantly maintains and upgrades safety and property protection programs for our employees and clients. Every employee takes an active part in preventing, reporting and correcting safety and health hazards.

Our safety director, with management support, administers a written safety program the meets or exceeds OSHA standards. Safety orientation and training begin on the very first day of employment at J. F. Electric, and are followed closely by regular job-site inspections, toolbox talks, and periodic employee evaluations. J. F. has a written incentive policy to further reward safe job performance and discourage unsafe behavior.

In the interest of protecting the health and safety of our employees, and in compliance with federal regulations, J. F. Electric, Incorporated has instituted a Drug and/or Alcohol Zero-Tolerance Program.
